Dilia Navarro in Brussels
Dilia Navarro is a lay Diamond Way Buddhist teacher from Caracas, Venezuela, and an electronics engineer.
She first came into contact with Buddhism in 1993 and met Lama Ole Nydahl and his wife, Hannah, in 1994. In 1997, together with her brother and his wife, she took responsibility for the Diamond Way Center in Caracas. Since then, she has organized courses and helped establish centers and meditation groups in Venezuela.
In 1998, she began translating for Lama Ole. In 2003, Lama Ole asked Dilia to travel and give teachings. Since then, she has been travelling and teaching, mainly in the Americas.
In 2016, she moved to Germany, where she lives today. The last time we hosted Dilia in Brussels was in 2018, and we are looking forward to having her back.
