Sherab Gyaltsen Rinpoche

Maniwa Sherab Gyaltsen Rinpoche was born in Nepal in 1950. He is a highly respected lama of the Kagyu lineage. “Maniwa” is a title given to masters of the Chenrezig (Avalokiteśvara) practice who has accomplished at least a billion Om Mani Peme Hung mantras.
His tireless work with the aspect of compassion called "Loving Eyes" (Chenresig, skt. Avalokiteshvara) inspires many Dharma practitioners.

Rinpoche leads several monasteries in Nepal and teaches in Europe, where he has also established stupas in Hungary / Bécske, the Czech Republic / Tenovice, Austria / Salzburg, Germany / Europazentrum and Bulgaria / Varna, among others.
